The Brief
With over 26 years of design experience, David Kerr came to us looking to establish a convincing and compelling web presence for his new company CAD Ultra, providing CAD Services and 3D digital prototyping in and around the Manchester area.
Seeking advice on the best approach given a tight budget, David was looking to generate leads to drive the business forward via the new website. Our recommendation was for a search-engine-friendly brochure-style website that outlined the services offered and targeted a number of key phrases.
A new logo and stationery were also required, to provide an integrated look and feel to all the company's branding requirements.
The Outcome
Although on a limited budget, we identified the need for potential future growth, so we developed a static brochure-style site with a portfolio section that's flexible enough to grow over time.
The design challenge in this project was to create a website that focused on the services that CAD Ultra offer. A structured layout of information helps to give a detailed impression of the company and its services before customers take the logical next step and start working with CAD Ultra.
Careful attention was paid to Search Engine Optimisation and only a few short months from launch, David's new site is listing highly with the search engines for a number of the chosen key phrases.
