Website Redesign

In mid 2010, Boococks Estate Agency based in Halifax made a number of changes to their internal structure, including the implementation of the popular Encore software system for managing their property portfolio.

As part of this exercise, a new website design was required and Boococks approached RO Web Solutions because of our proven expertise in implementing integrated website solutions for Estate Agents.

Back Office Integration

We designed and built a modern, contemporary-looking website exhibiting all the features a house hunter should need, while at the same time ensuring that the information entered by Boococks into their internal Encore system could be used to drive the display of the property portfolio section of the website.

This was achieved by the automated nightly import of a data feed file from Core System's servers, and entirely removes the need for Boococks admin staff to duplicate effort in managing their online property information.

Regional Exposure

The website and database were implemented in such a manner that the property information imported on a daily basis also displays across Rochdale Online's regional portals, giving a massive additional level of exposure for the properties across a number of North-west areas, for no extra cost. With millions of page views a month, this provides a great way to boost the exposure of the property information to a huge yet relevant audience.
